In the simple telemetry readings I do, one characteristic that I look for when interpreting A-fib is irregularity, and either no P waves or inconsistent P waves. I interpreted this one as: A-fib with RVR (rapid ventricular response). 
The areas that are circled are components of the beat without P waves.
